EXCHANGES
We want you to absolutely love your Evamele Swimwear piece. We happily offer exchanges for store credit only.
• A $6 processing fee applies to all exchanges and will be deducted from your store credit once approved.
• Exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of your order’s delivery date. After 7 days, exchanges will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any price differences on exchanged items.
• If approved, your return must be shipped back within 7 days of acceptance.
• Items must be in original condition:
• Hygienic liner in place and not removed
• Free of deodorant, makeup, or other marks
• Tags attached
• Not worn (beyond trying on with undergarments), washed, stained, snagged, or damaged
• Free of smoke or strong odors
• ⚠️ Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange. All items on sale are considered Final Sale — no exceptions.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send you a refund to original payment or provide store credit.

Refunds are only issued if:
• The item is no longer available due to an inventory error (in this case, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method).
