EVAMELE SWIMWEAR POLICY:
EXCHANGES
We want you to have a suit/product that you love, so we happily offer exchanges on all U.S. orders if sizing is not spot on! Swimwear can be exchanged for the same item in a different size of equal value!
Exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 30 DAYS of your order being shipped. If it has been longer than 30 days, your exchange will NOT be accepted.
The customer is responsible for shipping expenses or price difference on any exchanges.
Exchanges are only applicable if desired size to exchange for is in stock on a caae to case basis and size is not available a store credit in exchange can be issued.
If an exchange is accepted you must ship item back within 7 days. Please allow 7 days for Item to be returned back after received.
Items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION, which means:
- Hygienic liner is still in place and has not been removed.
- It is free of any deodorant or makeup marks.
- Tags are still attached.
- It has NOT been worn (without undergarments or for an extended period of time), washed, snagged, stainedor damaged in anyway.
Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange. (Sale items)

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a defective item contact us by providing us with pictures and we will send you a replacement or store credit.
REFUNDS
No returns or refunds unless item is no longer available due to inventory error if this is the case you will receive a full refund to original payment method used.
This no payment refund policy is due to most items being placed during a pre order window and cannot be changed once order is placed on our end with manufacturing department. On a case to case basis we can sometimes provide a credit.
PROCESSING TIME
Processing time for all pre sale items are 3-5 weeks Business days.
All ready to ship Items are 1-3 day shipping
